Small Town Weddings
Drinking is a big thing in small towns. Guess the reason for this could be that a lot of small town folks are brewin’ the dang stuff themselves. Gotta taste test the product to ensure that it meets quality control. So that leads to getting drunk and getting a little out of control.
In small towns though getting drunk is seen as entertainment for your friends. After all when you wake up in the morning trying to figure out just what you did last night, you will not have to wonder long since all your friends who can remember the night before will still be laughing at you.
Weddings are just another excuse for small town folks to get blitzed and become entertainment for their friends. No one is immune to the wedding drunk ” What did I do last night” scenario. Not even the bride and groom.
