911 is becoming a fixture in small towns and more and more small towns are getting this wonderful service. However, 911 operators should be trained on how to deal with small town people. First off please be more specific as to what you want the person who has called in to do. Giving a vague response can have some serious ramifications. The following video is a very good example of why 911 operators need to be trained on small town people and the way that we think. So for all those 911 operators out there: I beg you to please make sure you choose your words carefully.
